Sarah Grocutt Cert Ed, ACSM. Director and Principal Trainer of the Pilates Academy and Fitness Excel. Tutor and Assessor of CYQ Fitness Qualifications Have been teaching in the UK, Ireland and Overseas for the last 10 years. I have been running Pilates Level 3 and Exercise for Children Level 2 at Elmhurst School for Dance for the last 2 years and have implemented these courses in to the 6th form curriculum. As well as a fitness trainer, gymnastics coach and sports therapist. I teach adults and children fitness and Pilates as well as running corporate weekends and the Lifestyle Management Award Programme. Competitive runner, enjoys cycling, tennis, and climbing.

Joanne Klijn, After training for five years at the Royal Ballet School in London, Joanne trained at the Elmhurst School for Dance where she graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Professional Ballet (Level 6). During her studies at Elmhurst she also achieved a CYQ Pilates qualification in Pilates and Exercise and fitness knowledge which she found to be the most desirable and enjoyable form of exercise |

Zoe Pantelios, I am a second year student studying at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. I am a Pilates Instructor. I have been teaching Pilates for 3 years and it was through Pilates that I first learnt about the idea of having a holistic approach to health and well being, as well as knowing about the importance of core strength and its benefits. I am keen on keeping an active lifestyle, playing netball and tennis. I’m fascinated by the art of music and dance, especially ballet, so to my advantage, teaching Pilates has incorporated my hobbies and interests in the way of being able to work with people from all different areas, such as ballet dancers and other sport professionals. |

Yingxia Wu, is originally from China and used to perform Tai Chi for three years in China. Two years for playing 24 style Tai Chi Chuan and one year for playing 32 style Tai Chi sword. She is a fully qualified fitness instructor, enthusiastic and passionate about fitness instruction and Tai Chi. She will instructs in personal fitness , Tai Chi 16 movements-first routine Qi Gong, and 24 styles Tai Chi Quan. |
